honestly, the alarm at 2 am was a delightful touch, but who doesn't love waking up in a panic? also the rude breakfast staff was just the cherry on top of this underwhelming experience. for my troubles, i expected a complimentary treat, yet somehow, that was too much to ask. just couldn’t bring myself to leave a good review.

i had a wonderful stay at residence inn. the staff truly went above and beyond, ensuring my husband and i were comfortable throughout our 9 nights. every morning he was greeted with warm smiles while picking up breakfast. the outdoor pool and heated spa were perfect for relaxing after my procedure.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an unexpected alarm that went off in the middle of the night, leaving us startled and confused. Though the staff responded quickly, they had no explanation for it, which added to our unease. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of our room was less than satisfactory, with a noticeable overwhelming chemical smell that was quite uncomfortable for my family.
